I really like to recommend Mamoru Hosoda's films. You've already seemed to have watched (and enjoyed) Summer Wars. I really like his two other films, The Girl Who Leapt Through Time and Wolf Children Ame and Yuki. I really like the more realistic styles. Oh, and there's an alternative universe anime to Higurashi called Umineko no Naku Koro ni. I watched it a long time ago, I don't think it was as good as Higurashi but it's still a decent show, and there's a cool cameo for Higurashi fans.
Oh and I haven't finished it but Tiger and Bunny is entertaining from what I remember. I watched it at anime club a while ago and meant to finish it. Sponsored superheros is an interesting concept.
They're a bit older but Cowboy Bebop, Beck, and Samurai Champloo are really good too.
Uhh I can't think of much else. You've actually got a lot there that I want to watch.

Tiger & Bunny rocks. I'm currently rewatching it. As well as Log Horizon which is ongoing, I'm also really digging The Pet Girl of Sakurasou. It's a romance anime set in a sort-of art school for troublesome students. Very funny, very cute.
Also Inu x Boku SS, as noted by my name, avatar, and signature >.>

Soul Eater. (I didn't see it on your list - unless it's listed by a different name)
...oh and, of course, Corpse Party

You watched the pervy prince and the stone cat, so watch Mikakunin de Shinkoukei. The whole thing is decently funny, but Mashiro is more adorable than Tsuskikiksoko Tsukokiki (Stone face moe queen)
<----Look how serious her little face is!!!

Shina is frikkin cute. Asperger chick cuttin' bitches and arting paintings with paint? Fuck yeah.
Also, CATGIRL MODE: GO!
So, watch Sakara pet too.
My first novel, Seeds of Magic- Barnes & Noble, Smashwords, Kobo, Sony Store

Gravity Falls is American, dunno about the other but I'd assume the same.

"all animation" which should include American.
Also, I get that you are talking about stuffs from Japan with the big eyes and the big robots, I just wanted to bring up the shows I'm watching in a place they don't belong, but claim that they do belong right after.

I'm also watching Log Horizon! Don't let the meaningless name fool you! For 60,000+ players got stuck in a MMORPG! well, it's fun and shit..

I don't like Log Horizon. It's boring if you can't die and they are fights in there.
At least for me.
