At the moment, I work at a pharmacy. Today an older gentleman came up to my till, and leaned over it towards me. He looked straight at me, into my soul, and said "...I'm sorry mom." He was sobbing a little, took a few more steps, looked back at me, and started repeating it to me. Then he walked out crying.

So, I guess that's a thing that happened. How was your day, everyone?

I sat in a chair and watched anime all day. It was a lame and unproductive day. :D

Yep, and apparently I did him very, very wrong at some point or another.

Edit: Or something.

Ah, retail. I saw a woman verbally assault a young couple with nonsense (rather like squirrel chittering) and then yell that the young woman was a lying huss and to stay away from her. When I confronted the older woman, she started screaming, "SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE DID!" and eventually left the store.

The young couple had never seen the woman in their lives.

I imagine there are lots of interesting people in that line of work. >.>

So far, I've done nothing work related. I've got 5 old computers that I'm piecing together to see how many working ones I can get out of it.

Holy balls, sounds like a bad case of drugs to me.

Agreed, I'm just glad he wasn't dangerous. He seemed dangerous.

For sure. Lots of customers have ripped money out of my hands to re-count it, they've yelled at me, they've thrown things, and lots of drunks. One man was paying, and he started saying "red...green...yellow...lots of balloons, lots of colours of balloons... green... blue..." and stuff like that. Apparently there's lots of colours of balloons. Then he informed all of us that there's even more colours of nail polish than there are colours of balloons.

You do that for shits and giggles, then? That's kind of neat. :3

Yeah, you can't hand out medication for a living and then be suprised when crazy people come to pick up their pills. Also, I always carry some magnum condoms in my wallet, then let them fall out around my pharmacist. That way, she knows I'm ready to plow.

It's a cosmetics/everything else/pharmacy. None of these people buy prescriptions, those who do are always polite and respectful.

Lovely, I'm sure she gets some good giggles after you leave.

So a cvs type store then sandy?

And I'm pretty sure spleen does that to waste time at his job while he waits for something to break

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me-- and there was no one left to speak for me.
