I can not believe there isn't a thread for this for the new standalone yet! This game is the game I could do a 24 hour stream with. Of course I don't think I would have the support to start streaming but we could talk about that later.

 

Anyways! This game is the shit. The mod was okay but I honestly I couldn't handle the amount of zombies. Like you would be walking for 10 minutes in a town then like 100 zombies spawned and I would be fucked. meanwhile the zombies in this DayZ game at most I've seen like about 15 not at once like I've only had four on me witch is good. Also, you can open doors and the loot is so cray I love it. The weapons you find usually have no ammo so if you see a guy with a gun... It's 80% not filled with ammo so no worries. If you see people just chill use Capslock and talk to the dude they usually run once you open your mouth. 

 

I don't know the best part about this game is that you can actually survive easily for about an hour and a half so yeah.

 

If you want to watch a streamer watch LIRIK on twitch he is so good and funny. He 1v1's people and he is just omg just watch him.

I want to get this game but I don't believe I will be able to run it all to well. It looks like a great game though. Seems like the developers put a good amount of time into it.

I don't know about Daisy. I played a person's recreation of it on Garry's Mod and it was boring to me, but that could have just been the mod. I also don't get this: What's the point of gathering more stuff besides the fact that you die if you don't have food and that you have better firepower?

I'd get it if it ran on my craptop, though my girlfriend says she can fiddle with it when I get there and help it run better. So maybe in the near future I'll make an investment...

I assume it's the anti cheat thing they use, but I go a bit, a red link pops up and then it shoots me back from where I started running. It's fucking ridiculous.

Also, I can climb up ladders, but not go back down them, or open/close any doors.
