First time in about 4 years. Surprisingly my eyes have gotten better. o.O

Everyone liked my old '20's safety glasses I took up there to get lenses in too, but apparently they couldn't put any in it for some reason. :\ I'll have to try somewhere else.

I'm working on getting me some new glasses.

I want to get a pair that are rimless and have intricate designs on the temples.

The pair I'm currently thinking about buying cost around $320.00.

I like being fancy.

I'm more a contacts kinda guy. I do need a new pair of glasses for those days, though. I've had mine for 5+ years.

These frames were about $150, but they're the bendy ones so I won't break them.

Bah, I couldn't wear contacts. there's a lot of maintenance with them.

it's really not that bad. I looked better with glasses IMO but contacts are a lot more convenient.

I think a lot of people look better with glasses personally.

Not to be a daft asshat, but how can contacts be more convenient?

I had them for years and they were a perpetual pain in the ass.

Glasses fog/get in the way/get dirty/obstruct field of view/just generally piss me off. Contacts are just part of my routine and don't fuck with me.

Mine used to dry out and getting eyelashes and debris in them burn like a mug.

I dunno, I don't care for them personally. And my tshirts are always soft so I wipe my glasses easily with them.

But, different strokes for different folks I guess.

Mine very rarely fog. The do get pretty dirty, but I figure it's that much less crap in my eyes. And I can still see pretty good without them, so situations where they might get in the way I can easily take them off.

Plus I have grubby hands pretty often, so if I needed to take contacts out for something, it'd be hard to do.
