I LOVE firefly.,,, i started watching it before i knew it got cancelled and i was so disappointed i wouldnt talk to anyone for the whole night,, haha. i think the best character is Mal... but if the series had of contiued i think the mystery of the Preacher would have made him the best character.

Well, see the movie Serenity. It got a movie as a bookend.

Wash is the best. Hands down, no question.

Hubby has a wash cosplay that he does at least once a year. 

He carries around a pool cue with dinosaurs tied to it. He uses the cue as a stake through the gut.

(I have no pictures though).

It's simultaneously awesome and awful.

A lot of good shows get cancelled, so I've noticed. However, a lot of good shows go on far longer than they should. These days seasons seem to be a contest, who can go on longer. I do wish we would have seen at least one more season, but I remain ambivalent. On one hand, there is plenty of backstory and unanswered questions that we could have seen in another season. On the other hand, If it hadn't ended when it did we wouldn't have gotten such a stellar movie finale. Either way I'm entertained and happy with it. It really is a landmark in the Syfy world.

 

My favorite episode is Our Mrs. Reynolds.

I am constantly surprised when I'm told Bones is still on.

When everyone on the show went baby crazy I stopped watching it.

I heard Betty White is on it now, but I don't want to gave to catch up like six seasons to get there again.
