I'm afraid to admit to most people that I haven't seen this show because people are so quick to assume everyone has seen it. ._.

pretty sure its on netflix rob. its worth watching even with the knowledge beforehand that the show was cut after only one season

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me-- and there was no one left to speak for me.

Does it end with any unresolved cliffhangers?

Not really. I mean there's Firefly and then there's Serenity. And Serenity would pretty much answer any questions that Firefly may have proposed.

Browncoat ten year reunion was a few weeks ago on the Science channel. Defiantly worth a watch. Actually explained one or two things that had been bugging me about the show.

I'll have to look into that.

Not all of them, Joss Whedon was involved with making some comics that actually revealed the secrets they were going to expose over the series. I haven't read them yet, but I will soon and I expect them to be as awesome as the series and movie.

Because I can...

I read the comic about Shepard Book a little while ago.
It was intriguing, but it was almost a let-down. Like, just having his story told plainly was a little anticlimactic. ~shrug~
I don't think he needs to be immortal. I think all he needs to do is to write the right story. Because some stories do live forever.

I love Firefly! Jayne is my favorite...gets me all 'hot and bothered,' as it were. Also, I think Badger is grossly underrated.

I also enjoy Badger.
Mostly because I like the actor.

It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

I agree, Badger is gross.

.

Oh, grossly underrated? Well, yeah, he's a good villain. Villainish person. Anti-villain?

He basically plays the same character in Supernatural.

Though in Doctor Who he is quite a different character all together.

I loved Wash, the opening scene cemented him as my bar-none favorite character.

Serenity was....unhappy for me as you can imagine.

A pain we all feel.

Everyone loves the funny guy with a smart mouth.

Though, everyone on that show except maybe Jayne has a smart mouth.
