I'm curious to see what people thought of the 50th anniversary.

I thought it was really awesome to see Matt Smith and David Tennant together.
Was a bit of a shame the previous actors couldn't be in it, besides Tom Baker.

Any thoughts of the Christmas special and Capaldi as the new doctor?

edit* Sorry didn't realise someone already started this thread. Don't mind me, I'm a noob.

As I said before, I loved it!

Kinda wish Eccleston had been it in but oh well.

Also, I love Matt Smith but am very confident Peter Capaldi will do a fabulous job.

I have note seen the Christmas Special yet, but liked the 50th Anniversary, Day of the Doctor...same confusing crap as the other new episodes, but entertaining...apart from that shape-shifting-weird-red alien....creepy...

ssshhh they could be listening

We humans give so much for granted, but not many people realize what a fluke it is if we are here today. Remember how lucky we are, and take a minute to be grateful for what we have. Because before you know it, the best has come to past, and you will be left with nothing, but remorse for what was, and what will never be.

To be honest I am glad to see matt go. He had his good episodes, but i do not believe he fit the doctor well. And in particular I do not like how poor the writing has been during matt's time.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me-- and there was no one left to speak for me.

Yeah well Moffat isn't leaving so it probably won't get any better.
