And much faster than before.

The last few years here in Canuckland, specifically Ontario, winter has been an embarrassment.

I think last year it snowed for like three days randomly throughout the winter season, and it never stayed for more than a few hours thanks to the abnormally warm weather.

Last night it snowed where I live and it is bitterly cold outside.

I am super happy that winter might actually not be t-shirt weather this time around, I love the cold.

It still has some distance to go before it is cold enough to make me bundle up, but I have faith in nature's abilities.

Just for reference when I say I like it cold, I leave the window to by bedroom open well into winter.

It was five degrees Celsius (that's 41 Fahrenheit for you Yanks) the last two days and I was sleeping with one blanket half on me, a fan on full blast pointed at my junk, and still was sweating a little.

NO I HATE IT

NO

Winter sucks. The cold, snowy wetness makes me look like a cripple (cold weather messes with my leg, I broke it some years back and ever since I've had problems which if I recall rightly are due to air pressure or something)

Same, the cold is terrible. It hit 20F (-7C) down here today and I've been upset since I awoke. I heard it might snow tonight. I hate Winter.

I love the heat. And when I say I love the heat, I mean I leave my heater on in my room until it becomes a toasty 90F (32C)

I broke my leg back in middle school and had this problem until about the age of twenty. It was rain, not snow, that made it ache. Always fun, limping around like an old man in high school. Chicks dig that.

I assume it is the same reason that people with arthritis can feel when it is going to rain.

The barometric pressure changes and the fluid in your joint expands as a result.

Jesus man.

I get itchy when the temperature goes above 20C.

I had one on this morning when I left, it was in the 60's.

Really it depends on what part of Texas you're in though. El Paso over in west Texas is 58 right now. Brownsville, one of the southern most cities is is 73 and had a high of 77. Amarillio, up north is 44* right now.

Chilly my ass we don't even get that high in summer

Also yes, it's pressure changes in general that screw with my leg. I've had it for three years, and the doctor said I'd have it for the rest of my life. Yaaay

I actually can't wait for winter. Hot chocolate and tea and reading cuddled up in blankets as the snow blows by. Plus because we get so much wind here, any good heavy snowfall results in school closures.

Winters hitting Minnesota pretty fast. We're suppose to get more snow soon. We already got some snow, but it didn't all stick.

I've fucked up both knees (one much worse than the other) a shoulder and elbow. Can confirm, pressure changes suck.

It was 32* in DFW this morning.
It's playing hell on my back (degenerative arthritis).
But I still love the cold.

God I hate the winter with vehement passion. If my plans go how I want them to though, I'll be in Missouri by the time it gets to the coldest months in the UK. I assume that it's at least a little warmer there than here.

I want to see snow, never seen it before.

Also I prefer spring/autumn.

Winter it's too cold and I hate putting on layers

Summer is too hot and I hate sticking to the fucking couch because I've been sweating like a pig all day

But just in general I fucking hate Australian weather
'cept when there are awesome lightening storms, then you can just sit at the back door and what the sky light up.

Because I can...

You should visit Canada some time.

We have all sorts of snow, and some pretty kick ass lightning storms too.

I hate winter because I live in the part of the US with crazy weather.

The day before yesterday was 60 degrees with abundant sunshine and chilly wind. The next day it snowed and never got above 30. Today is sunny, kinda warm, but freezing wind. Tomorrow is supposed to be flat-out warm.

I hate it v,..v

That is actually very similar to the weather in my home town.

We are a ten minute drive from lake Erie, so we get super awkward storms and backward winds/temperature.

And sometimes everywhere around us gets snow dumped on them and we get sunshine, a cold wind and maybe some rain.
