I weighed myself last week and discovered that I had lost 10kgs (22 pounds)

I went from 81kgs to 71.9kgs in just 2 months.....

How'd I do it? Diet? Lipo? Cancer?

Nope

The trick was simple, smoke a lot of cannabis, then skate all day.... worked for me :D

Played zero games and rarely went on my computer.

Spent a lot of time outdoors.

Still ate the same portions of food.

I guess that's the trick, get up off your ass and get proactive....

I ain't no fitness guru, but getting outside once in awhile makes me feel really good.

I'm almost ready for summer :D :D :D

In short: Exercise. One of the first things recommended for weight loss.

Wow.

Lose weight the Kitten way: be too cheap to pay the bus fare and walk everywhere, regardless of the weather.

This is probably the most logical solution of them all. I do what you do, just with a skateboard :)

I managed to lose ~15 lbs by eating healthier, walking and jogging daily, and doing cardio a couple times a week.

I'm also on medication that happens to kill my appetite. I also have wounds on my tongue, and my wisdom teeth coming in preventing me from eating much solid food, so I've been surviving on nutritional shakes.

How to lose weight the Polar Bear way: Stop eating solid foods, and if possible, stop eating altogether.

Kinda reminds me of this dude I met in the hospital when I was visiting my brothers missus.

He had crashed his bike, knocked out all his teeth and shattered his jaw.

His mouth was wired shut and they tube fed him. He kinda resembled Darth Vader without the mask.

Yeah I tried eating healthier, but somehow a cheeseburger always finds itself in my head, in fact..... I want one now....

I guess I love food too much.

But I must give you praise for jogging. I'm super unfit when it comes to running or anything of that nature. haha

When I lived in Barrie Ontario for school this is how I lost weight.

I walked almost an hour to work, then worked in a hot sweaty kitchen where I walked all day, then walked an hour home.

I also went on regular epic hiking/biking/spelunking/romper stomping exploits, which kept me moving almost constantly.

I weighed about 185 Lbs average.

Then I got a cavity in one of my wisdom teeth and had to have them all removed and couldn't eat anything but soup for a month leading up to the removal and a few weeks afterward. I went down to 168 Lbs, the lightest I had been since grade 7.

As of right now I am quite sloth like and spend my leisure time sitting on my couch.
I weigh 200 Lbs, but I am shaped the same as I was when I weighed 185 Lbs.

I have created a workout plan for me and my woman, and plan on getting as fit as I can.

So I should lose a bit of weight, but not too much given the muscle I will undoubtedly gain.

It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

I wish I could do that but it's a 5 km walk for me to even get anywhere

I mean that would get me fit real fast but I'd hate myself for doing it.

Because I can...

Ouch yeah, 5km is getting to my limit. The grocery store is 2.5 away and that's not bad but sometimes I would walk back too and that would be the end of the day for me haha.

I once walked 8km to best buy to get a tv and that was probably my worst idea yet, I had to get a taxi to come pick me up, I couldn't walk for a good while after that without a burning feeling in my legs.

Getting started exercising is the most difficult part and not strictly due to it being difficult to mentally motivate yourself to go through with it, when your muscles aren't used to doing something as rigorous as a lengthy walk they are more likely to cramp, and will tighten and  hurt and feel much more worn out than after you have kept to your workout for 2 weeks or so.

For instance when I first became more serious about getting into better shape I went to the gym and worked out very rigorously. After the first couple sessions of that my arms were left aching for over a week and to be entirely honest I could not lower them below a certain amount. The muscles simply refused to allow it because they were pulled tight. Once your muscles are more used to the workout they will not tighten up uncomfortably like that, and it pays off quite spectacularly.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me-- and there was no one left to speak for me.

I started getting fit because I was a hermit during winter. Gained some excess weight, and decided that I needed to get outside more often.

And now I feel really great. Girls are starting to pay attention to me again lol.

But girls aren't my main motivation. Feeling more energetic and alive is what drives me.

Summer is here so it's time to get out and enjoy the warmth :)

Man, I just got lucky, when I turned 15 my metabolism switched on and I went from 154lbs to 140lbs in a few months. Honestly, my waistline has barely grown half an inch in the last two years. Oh, and I used to work writing reviews or fitness and dietary programmes, this is the one thing I learnt of any value: 99% of what you read is bull shit, never buy those things. Ever. You need a programme tailored personally to you or nothing at all because every body is at least a little different.

My job gets me out and about so that I'm on my feet for at least seven hours a day doing light exercise and that keeps me healthy. My average weight has increased by a couple of pounds in the last three or four months but my body shape hasn't changed at all which is good. Thing is, I fluctuate between 154 and 160 every fortnight or so, so there's no point worrying about it.

So at one point, you weighed less than me. That can't be healthy xD

When I was dating my ex girlfriend I used to bike out to her place almost every available day.

It was a 14KM trip to her house, and another 14 back.

I was at maybe 140/150 but my legs and my midriff where pretty ripped.

Now I'm up to 170/180 and it's about the heaviest I've ever been. oops.

Before I dated her I was a lanky little fucker who weighed a whopping 120-130 at 6 feet tall.

Man, I just got lucky, when I turned 15 my metabolism switched on and I went from 154lbs to 140lbs in a few months.

My metabolism has always been off the chart.I have to eat a lot to maintain my current weight. And when I am actively keeping to a workout schedule(i have been kinda iffy on it lately) I eat even more. Problem is it gets expensive.

I wish. I still got a potbelly DOUBLE LOL

My guess is that you drink beer semi often?
