Ok, so I started watching Fairy Tail the other day and now I need someone to fanboy with. It's so freaking awesome! Natsu is probably the coolest guy ever... Grey, Erza and Lucy are all cool too but Natsu definitely takes the cake, freaking dragon slayers are awesome!

I'm on episode 43, I met Gajeel, he's awesome but not as cool as Natsu.

I prefer Gray over Natsu. More intelligent, less SET FIRE TO ALL THE THINGS

Gajeel is cool, I'm sure he'll come out and be some awesome asset to the guild. 

 

I like Natsu the best because yes, he is a crazy guy that likes to set stuff on fire, but underneath that is a really awesome and powerful guy that you see come out in serious moments, such as when they took down the crystal tower.

But for real, I hate Laxus! HE'S SO AGGRAVATING! 

 

And on a side note Mystagin is freaking cool even though he hasnt done anything amazing yet.

I mostly dislike Natsu because he's such a stereotypical Mary Sue, and all his fights go the same way. "Oh shit, I'm losing. Oh shit, I lost. Oh wait, a new power is awakening within me! Oh shit, I won."

 

Mystogan is pretty awesome, you do see more of him later on. Same goes for Laxus. I can't remember where the show is up to in the 40s episodes so I can't really say too much. But yeah Mystogan rocks.

So at this point Mystogan hasnt really done anything but I know that he will since they always talk about how amazing he is, so they gotta make him do something cool at some point.

In that case, you'll see Mystogan doing his thing soon enough. I quite like it.

Finished it now. I'm sad they stopped in the middle of a really important arc. Literally in that same arc (after they stopped) you find out a ton of important shit.

I'm only like half way through it because I'm watching the dubbed version and it only goes to episode 72...

I recommend the subbed version. I haven't seen the dub but the fact it's only up to episode 72, when there's 175 episodes plus OVAs plus a movie...
