If I had to choose one of the two, I would go with softball.

Only because they tend to be the most physically built.

Soccer women are lean, softball women have a bit more to them.

Volleyball is about the same as softball as far as structure goes though.

It's just like baseball only it has a ball thats roughly twice the size of a normal baseball. I dont know why they call it softball though because the name is super misleading since the ball isnt soft in the slightest.

Also, softball related, their pitching style is awesome. They basically hurl the ball like they're bowling. I knew a girl in highschool who was a pitcher. She had a monstrous purple bruise on her thigh where she was practicing and had slapped her leg every pitch. Something about the momentum of the pitch.
