It will apparently work with a 6670, but the 6570 is recommended

6570: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814127611

6670: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16814127666

I don't think GDDR5 would make a difference in this scenario.

Nifty, I was trying to see what sort of upgrade path you'd have.

Also, just realized I didn't put a pass key on the work computers for SMP so no bonus points, gotta do that tomorrow. >.>

I'm hoping to start adding ebay gpus to the old computers at work, I've got 4 or 5 left with pci-e slots. Should be a nice little boost up for Nerd Forum. >.>

That was meant to be said with a bitchy inflection, not a matter-of-factly inflection

I'll probably get nothing from those hours on psh >.>

So I was scrounging up some parts to set up another little box, and it needs DDR2 ram it seems. THERE IS NO DDR2 IN THE ENTIRE BUILDING!
I did however end up with 9 sticks of DDR1, for a whopping total of 2.75GB of RAM.

The little 630 is still chugging away at beta units, one every other day worth 14k points. I bet a 650ti would really fly with them.
