Well guys, I have watched the whole Aliens, Predators and A v/s P series. And after them all I watched Prometheus and it really blew my mind! So, can anyone of you suggest a similar kind of movie?

Uhh, it depends. If you're looking for the same type of sci-fi horror, I got nothing there. If you just mean the sci-fi part, then James Cameron's Avatar is pretty good if you ask me.

Super 8 was okish for me.

It failed to really high five me in the nerd if you know what I mean.

District 9 on the other hand, hit me right where it counts.

Aliens, racism, documentaryesque, awesome.

It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

It's a bit different, but terminator 1 and 2 are both good. 3 and 4 suck.

Yeah, difference being that terminator is not all that scary, and doesn't really have any suspense. Nuff sed.

Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Event Horizon, Dark City, and Stargate all have that similar science fiction edge, many dealing with its collison with humanity. And if you're willing to go from space to the sea, Cameron's The Abyss features similar themes.

District 9

Personally, I found District 9 a little hard to watch.
But then again, my concerns were elsewhere as I watched it while in hospital.

The original Predator is so awesome, one of Arnolds finest! Also the new one with Adrian Brody is actually worthwhile.

I disliked event horizon.

It failed to differentiate horror from gore. They are entirely different things, otherwise django would be a horror flick.

It is also why Hitchcock films are still great.

But, I digress.

Bladerunner, Dark City, Moon, 2001 - if "like Prometheus" means thought provoking.

Wrath of Khan is just a great sci-fi in space action flick (as is Aliens but you already know that).

If you're willing to risk something frenetic & hyper-symbolic you could try Pi

If you have the patience for silent movies then you have to see "Metropolis" before you see "Blade Runner".

Fritz Lang's first and last Sci fi endeavor  is one of the greatest movies of all times.
