I love this tool. Just downloaded it and I am using it to push a VM that i made in VMware Player, straight to an ESXi server! I'm impressed with VMware software every time i use it. It also has the ability to convert a physical machine to a virtual machine.
Now if I could only get my manager to afford purchasing more hardware.
