According to my host, the problem will be fixed by 9am CST tomorrow. We'll see how that works. >.>

Sorry if I sound dumb but where is the attachment button, I can't seem to find it at all. :\

You have to use the full reply, it's not in the quick reply. The easiest way is to use the "more reply options" once you click in the quick reply window. It should be at the bottom of the text input box.
