You forget we have the internet now.
Where the price is nonexistent and the jailtime is hardly ever a problem.
It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

But you forget the magical feeling of owning a physical copy
as someone who owns dozens of digital games, that's one of life's beauties I don't take for granted.

if physical copies wheren't locked down by restrictive DRM (it only restricts the average consumer, if a person is worth their weight in salt, DRM won't do shit to stop them.) then I'd buy more physical copies of media. Also, CD's are shit to buy if you want to support a band. less than 2% of a sale price of a CD goes back to the artist.
if they offer digital copies from their website for a low cost or free and all of it goes to them, I'll buy it there.
