Hour 1.
We have opened a pizza box together, it's in the microwave. A brick of ramen is also on the stove. Thus far nothing is on fire, a success can be claimed.
I'll be spending the next 9 hours with a 10 year old boy

Update one.
We have successfully consumed our nutrients. His taste in music is odd, but it seems to make him dance, so I continue to let him stay in charge of youtube.
There have yet to be fires.

I am thoroughly impressed with your control of the fire situation.
Lesser men would have lost the house by now.

Update four. The Heavy and Skrillex have both been successful as well. (don't mock my dubstep enjoyment)
He's now researching holidays on wikipedia after a short distraction with spider man game walk throughs on youtube.
Still no fire.
I am thoroughly impressed with your control of the fire situation.
Lesser men would have lost the house by now.
It was close when my ramen boiled over, but so far everything is still together.

Update five.
We're two hours in and things are still alive. Rise Against and The White Stripes were both enjoyed. In return, he chose to listen to Party Rock Anthem.
He has just logged into Super Hero Squad. Starting the MMO games early.
He's now correcting my grammar. Super Hero Squad needed a space and I didn't add one.
