I am sure there are some games out there.
I actually plan on selling my old cards for some extra cash.
I sort of outgrew the whole thing and need money.

It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

I only collect the first generation decks. Reminiscent of the t.v series. The new cards are often introducing new abilities which can become somewhat confusing. Mind you I wasn't really good at playing the game anyways. I only liked the art.

Cor, I used to play Yu-gi-oh! Back in the early half of 2000, back before all the sacrificing cards and summoning and stuff. I actually found my copy of Forbidden Memories for the PS1 a few days ago, my brother and I have been doing some grinding to get some cards and see if we can move the game forward a bit. xD

We got it in like...2007, six years later still haven't completed it.

I wonder if Yu-Gi-Oh will ever make a comeback?

It's still pretty popular here in Perth.
There are still tournaments you can enter.
I was playing for a while as I got a new deck that was full of Fairies, but it was only good against dark world decks, I had my ass handed to me when I went against a six samurai deck!

Prodding this to the top, as I've been playing recently via the DevPro platform. Getting a bit bored of smashing randoms though >_>

Yuh-Gi-Oh was cool in 1999 - 2002.

Before everybody started playing it.

Oh wow. Perth eh? I used to live there :)

I lived in the Bronx. Mirrabooka.

Malaga Markets used to host a few tourneys.

I'm currently trying to find myself a Sealed Kaiba Deck with the Blue eyes White Dragon.

Yu-Gi-Oh is still popular in Canada. The best format was when they introduced the Synchro Monsters Mechanic which made the game fun and reinvented the game. Im a little surprised they haven't created the Dungeon Dice Monsters Board Game from the first series, I think they made a video game of it but that did not do too well

Yeah the videogame was only really big in Japan. It did come with some cards though. Cards that... were useless because they were based on the Dungeon Dice game, but different so they couldn't be used for it, as well as being nothing like the actual TCG cards >_>

I think I might start collecting the starter packs, starting with a premium gold booster box and make unboxing videos.

Last packs I opened we're back in 2003 when I bought the Joey, Kaiba and Yugi structure decks.

Good idea for some reason which I will never know is the amount of views people for unboxing cards or special edition of movies

Kinda doesn't help that I don't know half the cards anymore and their value. A few of the cards I used to own are now banned. I have to reeducate myself with the new cards and shizz.

HARDOUT OI!!!!!

I'm not to sure which series to start with.

I'm torn between the XYZ and the Hero decks as they we're my fav series (Arc-v and GX)

I might start with GX because I have yet to finish up Arc-V.

Thats good. I played HEROS back a couple of years but they are not as good as they used to be, they banned Elemental Hero Stratos and Super Polymeraztion and I dont know what they did to Miracle Fusion.

They came out with a synchro deck called Yang Zing that I really like as their names have to do with the elements of the world (Earth, Fire, Air, Water....Only the Avatar can master all four elements and bring balance to the World) lol i got a little ahead of myself but its my Avatar deck that really pisses off my friend.
