Biography: Cessie was sired by the coupling of a magus, and a raven woman whom are notorious outlaws in a far off country. Till the age of ten she was mostly raised by her great-grandfather who disciplined her in general magic arts, and the fighting art style of the family. Like many others in the family she left her home to go off on a journey to explore the world, and gain experience. Since the continent she was living in was in the verge of war she decided to move on to different lands across the ocean. Before arriving at the troupe a fateful encounter was made which ended her solitary travels. Like any place that harbored humans, conflict was present, and this one was a particularly bad one. A riot erupted in an oppressed village, it seemed the landlord was typical scumbag extorting people out of their proper gains. Due to her teachings, and her good nature she was set to help the people, and she did, but the bloodshed had already commenced. One of the unfortunate victims caught up in the riot was a village girl that worked in the landlord's manor. Since Cessie's alignment to magic falls into dark rather than light her proficiency for recovery spells is poor so she resorted to use link-up runes to share her life with the girl named Atalay Niyzore. After everything was settled Atalay decided to to accompany Cessie as she was eternally grateful even though the shared life worked even from far away. Then after they became travel companions, and good friends, it was later then that Cessie became infatuated with the circus after viewing a show, seeing that it harbored freaks much like herself, and it was similar to her childhood home she decided to try out their ways.
She gained the traits of her father's lineage making her a naturally adept magic user, though refuses to use her true abilities unless necessary. So the rune system embedded into her body by her father is sealed by a bell-shaped gem which is sometimes gets replaced by anti-magic cuffs, and shackles. She instead uses two types of skills also learned from her family, specifically her father...Soul Link, Capture, and Injection. The basic use of these skills is to link with a living being to copy their abilities. This ability however is limited as she can only 'Link' with one creature at a time, if her body isn't conditioned she cannot perform as she has yet to learn 'Fusion', and if the individual targeted is unwilling to share she cannot unleash all latent uses of the copied data. This magic is the one she used on Atalay using the 'Injection' of her own data/soul, on account of the subject being in near death state, and incompatible this took a toll Cessie's own life span.
In the circus she can perform various roles, but her favorite by far is showing off as strong-woman which she achieves by Linking with an ant, or someone heavily built, though she is normally several times stronger than an average person due to her great-grandfather's teachings, and continued training.
Atalay isn't the only thing she's saved, as tamer she commands a hawk, a rabbit, a sheep, and a python whom she views as friends rather than pets. She only deems her human companion as a pet. During her performances she uses 'Injection' to give them different abilities, and never bore the crowd.
Lastly as she can actually cast magic by chants, and rune drawings she takes part of the the special effects committee when she isn't on stage.

Hobbies: Self-gratifyingly helping others, studying people, gambling, furthering her magic studies.

Dislikes: Injustice towards the weak, strong daylight, cold places, anyone eying Atalay, the runes placed on her by her father.
Personality: Like her parents she has a pseudo robin hood complex, and helps those whom are weak, and oppressed. Contrary to her just, and generous nature, Cessie can be bossy, short-tempered, rude, selfish, foul-tongued, twisted, and haughty.

Cessie True) Main: Slim tomboyish woman with long brown hair with black streaks. In this form she usually wears a hat, a longcoat, unlinked weighted shackles, and cuffs. On her exposed navel a big rune symbol can be seen. If she's not barefoot, she wears simple shoes.
>Casual: Her hair is fully black, and she wears a dress that expresses her feminine curves. Not visible due to her long sleeves but her arms, legs are covered in magic runes.
>True: In her real appearance she retains the childish form she had when she left her home, in this she has raven hair with a single stream of violet hair, and her irises are fuchsia, her whole body is covered in runes but they're only visible to those who can read magic.
Pet: Atalay Niyzore (20) is a female pseudo-familiar that was rescued by Cessie, who serves as a guardian of sorts. She typically acts as a yes-man, but when Cessie goes too far she can act like a berating mother. She performs as a weapon-dancer in the troupe, at first she was strung like a puppet by Cessie's runes, but she eventually learned to handle the weapons on her own.
