at the moment i dont really have a budget but around 17,000 aus $ for overall should work.'overkill' can get really expensive in computers. What's your budget?

In all honesty I'm trying to picture what a normal consumer would need that much for. afaik it's mainly used to cache textures... 6g alone is probably enough for 2 instances of the hardest hitting game there is (whatever that may be atm).3 video cards with 6 gigs each.
