It's easy enough to block, yeah. But sometimes you miss and then it's like fuck.

 

I mostly know this because I kited the shit out of a Yasuo using Lux >.> I feel like he's a high-skill champ somehow. I can play him okish, but meh.

 

I need to redo all my masteries because Riot fucking deleted them all and I don't remember what I had xD

Yeah exactly, Everytime it was me as Lux against Yasuo he couldn't really do much.

 

I get the feeling that the only reason people put him in mid is because they feel his W is wasted top. Which is generally true, but that is assuming that his W is all that useful in lane anyway. It is more of a late game spell and works best in teamfights.

 

Maybe I am missing something? Kha'Zix is usually played mid because he is a good wanderer and can surprise the other lanes, does Yasuo have that ability?

He's basically the child of Master Yi and Janna. Bit of Fiora too considering his dash.

 

I don't know if he'd do too well top, because he lacks power at the beginning, which is why he's better at taking out the lower-health casters. Both Garen and Darius (the only tops I've seen in my past 7 games) would be able to shut Yasuo down in a snap because he has no escape, and his damage doesn't really shine until he has a kill or two behind him and some gear. I feel like if Yasuo was top, he'd need first blood (or a really shitty lane opponent) otherwise he'd just flounder at the back of the game, and probably end up with fewer kills than the support.

 

Yasuo can wander, and I think he could be a good jungler, but he'd need a lot of refining before doing so. His W would be worthless as a jungler, and roaming as well it wouldn't be useful very often.

 

I think in a few weeks he'll be one of those niché champs you only see when they're played by someone really good with them. All the roles he's designed for can be performed better with other champs, and although it's a pity, the metagame is there for a reason.

Well he should be free in a little while, I'll actually have some hands on experience then ^.^ Don't have much else to say expect theory and theory can only get you so far.

Yeah Sipsy, those are good games. Some are better than others but they're all pretty good.

You can only tell so much from the kill/death/assist ratio. You are in the green, so that is good. But you might want to analyze exactly what went wrong in the defeats.
