It's easy to get to late game with Poppy, you just have to hug the tower until level 6 or so. From there on I'm usually fine.

I mean I'm not saying you shouldn't play her, if you're the best poppy NA play her in ranked it doesn't matter - I'm just saying I wouldn't call her op.
I would still say she's OP. At least with my build she's OP.

I can play Poppy in the jungle pretty well, though I find that in lane she doesn't have as much too offer. Her charge really only works if you surprise the enemy and without blue I'm always running out of mana.

Sounds like your not playing poppy right then. She's an ADC so she should be played bot lane with a support. And a lot of times you'll get paired with a good support so you wont have to use mana a whole lot till late game.
Also I dont see what use poppy would be in the jungle.

ADC? That doesn't make much sense. She can't exactly spam her abilities (unless paired with Soraka maybe) so she is likely to be zoned out by all the ranged ADCs. Maybe late game would be okay, assuming you don't get poke out of the game early on, which is a big assumption.

nah man poppy is a top or jungle (or mid if you really wanted to). adcs are ranged, their purpose is to shred tanks (obv. if a higher priority target is safely attackable they won't focus the tank) and sustain long enough in a fight to clean up/take objectives.

Mid probabably isn't best either since there aren't very many walls to ram the opponent against.

Good luck wall hitting someone who isn't in bronze from in lane. 
It's not gonna happen. Lane phase poppy isn't looking for a fight anyway, if she stays equal or even just a little behind on gold footing once it hits ~20 she's ahead.

Any time after 6 (Central Time) would be good. Preferably on a Friday night just so it wouldn't inflict with my college classes, but I can adjust my schedule to meet everyone else's times.
