This game is a parody of those simulator games (Woodcutting simulator, street cleaning simulator, farming simulator, etc) in which you control a surgeon in a first person perspective and have to perform a heart surgery.
Now -- doing the surgery correctly is close to impossible, so you'll find yourself giving up early on in the game and just going insane (I sent a bonesaw flying into the patient's face!)
Here's the link for the game:

I personally don't like PewDiePie at all, but he has a gameplay video of it:

After 5 minutes of fumbling... I hit him in the head with the bonesaw, smashed his ribcage with a hammer, dropped a scalpel inside, and covered it back up like nothing was wrong.

I am awesome surgeon.

Saw a video by Markipliergame (who doesn't talk to barrels like a normal human being) and the game looked hard and would get boring after a couple minutes. It also didn't look like they try to hard on the game ( graphics wise). But I would say the game is pretty fun looking after a good 20 minutes have passed.

you innocent... fucking... fox...

This is a prime example of hypocrisy. They say playing GTA,Manhunt etc makes people crazy because they`re violent, Yet they create a surgery game, which to me looks like it would be more likely to make someone want to be a serial killer than playing GTA. wtf.

I don't think you understand the concept of "they" >.> as I highly doubt campaigners against violent videogames are the developers of this.
