They would be forced to stick around because of how simply awesome it is.

I would dress up as a "choice cut" steak and go into the dragons cave and say trick or treat. The dragon would then realise that it forgot to buy haloween candy. While it is out buying candy I will steal the treasure and get out.

Alright, I don't know how I never got in on this one.

 

I'd bring my bugout bag (rope, basic survival stuff, first aid, etc.) my 12 gauge, loaded with slugs, and enough explosives to bring down the mountain on his head.

I'd then forge a sword and shield, because fuck yeah dragon slaying, and get to work.

I'll more than likely would probably bring supplies with me for starters: rope, first aid kit will probably come in handy, a back up knife and my choice of weapon would be a bow n arrow. I'm terrified of guns so that wouldn't be on my list to bring. As for the Dragon, I'd remain very cautious whenever I did encounter it. I'd try my hardest to keep my distance and try to concentrate hard and not make any sudden movements. Dragons are amazing and I find them to be beautiful. However in person I'd be terrified, I won't lie about that, haha!

The one thing I would always bring everywhere would be Maxwell's Notebook from the Scribblenauts series.

 

It can create anything so its like having a bag full of everything you could ever need.
