Can anyone help me prefer a Dutchman because yes I do not think you verstaad but if you can do that please help me it is xampp APache when I click I get this does anyone know the solution for this?

This stands percies on top of that error

System but DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not work correctly. The verplaasting was necessary because DLL C :/ WINDOWS/systeem32/SHELL32.DLL an address range took that was reserved for Windows system DLLs. Contact the vendor of the DLL for a new version

Generally, it's a good idea not to post 2 or more times in a row on the same thread....Just a tip xD
Now, I would think you should put it in your files out of the two options, but I'm no expert. I'd wait for Spleen for confirmation. Just my experience, though.
