The main thing, is how do I re-enchant my weapon?

It lost its enchantment and that makes me a sad panda.

Make it as basic as you can, then dumb it down more.

oh, that's an easy one. you need filled soul gems.
it'd be easier to tell you, but i'll try and type it out.

you can check merchants for filled soul gems. they should usually say something like Greater Soul Gem (Greater). if there's no parenthesis, it's an empty gem.

you can also use the empty gems together with either a weapon that's enchanted to drain souls, or the spell Soul Trap (which you can buy at any Mage's Guild hall). as you kill the creatures after you cast Soul Trap, their souls will be transferred to a gem for later use.

lastly, and most expensively, each Mage's Guild hall has a member that will recharge your weapons.

scroll down to the section that says Recharge. those are the names and locations of each recharger. as far as i remember, the only limit should be gold. gold shouldn't be too bad to get your hands on, but if worse comes to worse, there's always the console to get more.
now, soul gems are one time only with one exception.
