I like the thing ( the remake) it's just the physiological effect knowing that anyone could be infected including your best bud, and you can't tell who's infected or not.

Oh man I like so many and I only watch scifi and horror movies mostly so hmm id have to pick Tremors series or super 8 I can't really just pick one

That movie is so cheesy that it is good.
It was among my favourites as a child.
On that note, I also love Carnosaur when I was young.
