Unless its a driver issue or some background processes temps are about the only thing.What could be the problem except for temps?
Is your HDD nearly full (like, < 1 gig free)? I'm not entirely sure why but you can get FPS spikes in WoW if it is. (not sure if its a wow specific software thing or there's some logical reason behind that)

The only thing I can think of besides temperature is overclocking. Consider looking into that a bit.

Can you run a furmark benchmark? (be careful about which download link you click, the page has the advertisement download link shit)My HDD has over 700GB free I believe.
Let it run @native resolution for 4 minutes and post the temp. (max & current at 4 min mark)
