Windows 7.
I used to have a Macbook with OS X Leopard on it, but I hated the "dock"...the taskbar in windows is so much more useful!! I can minimize shit and see what it is instead of having just an icon that I have to hover over to see the name of the file/chat window/program etc.
Lol. I got a copy of Windosw XP and made a partition for it on the Macbook. Then I set it to the default boot XP Never used the Mac partition again...and when my Macbook kicked the bucket, I got an Asus laptop with Windows 7 <3

Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit. Yeah, 32 bit.. better then 8-bit! Lol. Anyways, I might give Linux a try, the UI seems really smooth like Google Chrome... Dang I love Google Chrome´s design. Wish they made a OS like that.
