people never cease to amaze me when it comes to their desktops. i've seen things. horrible things. things that make echo's look like mine T__T

I think it's because the way they think.

Just from seeing Echo interact with Spleen they seem to think the same way and that means that while their thoughts and actions are concise, everything else is chaos.

Most intelligent people are that way.

There was another guy that used this computer that had to bump the resolution down to 720 from 1080, I got tired of fixing them. >.>

I have it there because my monitor is big, but my desk is small so my speakers overlap it.
This way I can see everything on my taskbar and it's easier to navigate when everything is so close to one another.

Plus, if I get Linux one day it'll be easy to switch to.

ACTUALLY, if i had my way and could do it, i wouldn't have a taskbar at all.
