You can now buy a life sized Game of Thrones Iron Throne replica. Only $29,999.99 (plus shipping)

Win the game!

When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die. Of course, there really isn't a condition for "winning" other than being able to sit the Iron Throne, right? Just owning the chair makes you the winner. Yes, it could be argued that you paid the gold price, but if your first royal decree is to murder all the Greyjoys, nobody else will dare bring that up.

What's that? You're rich as a Lannister? Then you'll want to send a raven to your Master of Coin and tell him to free up the funds for your very own Iron Throne. This amazing prop replica looks exactly like the throne from the HBO TV series. The good news (for reasons of price, shipping, and personal safety) is that it's not made of thousands of actual swords. This version is constructed of hand-finished, hand-painted fiberglass and fire-proof resin. A perfect centerpiece for your office or throne room, the Game of Thrones Life Sized Iron Throne is over seven feet tall and will make all your other chairs hide behind their mother's skirts.

SHIPPING DETAILS:

Shipping charges include freight shipping, insurance, and personal delivery to your home or office. Each throne is custom produced and will arrive 6-8 weeks after the successful transaction with your Master of Coin (or Card). All sales are final as this is a custom piece. Your throne will arrive in a wooden crate (74" x 65" x 93") and you must be home to accept delivery. (We'll call to set up an appointment!) Enjoy ruling the Seven Kingdoms!

Product Specifications

  • Life size prop replica of the Iron Throne
  • A must-have for any ruler of the Seven Kingdoms
  • Takes 6-8 weeks to build
  • Go on, pay the gold price. We won't tell if you don't.
  • Materials: Hand-finished, hand-painted fiberglass. Fire rated resin.
  • Dimensions: 7'2" tall, 5'5" wide, 5'11" deep
  • Weight: 350 pounds

Yeah, it's very expensive for a fiberglass shell. Still nifty looking though.

If it was made of real swords and shit I'd buy it. But fiberglass is just...shit.

For that price you could buy that many swords and have someone weld them together.

Exactly! Hell, my most expensive sword was about $150, and that's because it's a videogame replica. Forging it would be a lot harder than forging a basic steel longsword or whatever.

which videogame >.> i sell many such swords.

Also for a fiberglass version they are asking that much? why didnt i think of that, some poor schmuck will probably buy the damn thing too. thats a hell of a profit margin.

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me-- and there was no one left to speak for me.

That is insanely overpriced.
You could definitely commission an actual throne, made from actual metal for far less than that including parts and labour.

Lots of $15-$20 Chinese knockoffs would work great.

There's still time to undercut them!

But it wouldn't be officially licensed and you'd probably get sued. >.>

As long as you aren't selling the throne you make you can't be sued.
You can make something that bears the image of copywritten things so long as it isn't for sale.

I'll wait until someone else buys it, then I'll fight them for it.

Then it could be argued that I paid the iron price instead.

I have only been nailed for one of my patches, the Planter Express logo.
Fox got a hold of etsy and made them remove my listing due to copyright infringement.
That is just because Fox is so power hungry that they don`t want me making five dollars from something that bears any resemblance to something they own.

There is some play if what you are selling has an artists spin on it though.
They can`t sue you for being inspired.

It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.
