Does anyone else hate Halloween? Bloody kids, knocking on my door, I spent the night with my lights off hiding from the windows. I wish I was joking.

I live out in a rural area, on top of the hill, on a highway where the speed limit is 80km/h, so no one is usually walking along the road and thinks to knock on our door for Halloween. When they do, we all get excited. "Wait, did someone knock on the door? We have a trick or treater! Places, everyone! Get ready!"

Usually we just get our one neighbour's kids when they first start their rounds.

I live in an old house, down a long driveway, in the middle of the sticks. I have never once had a trick or treater brave enough to venture to my house.
