Prison potato vodka...is this the same as normal Irish potato vodka I wonder? It's like...90% alcohol.

no. prison hooch is crudely made, improperly filtered, and is fucking disgusting. you ferment the sugars in various fruits, use bread scraps for yeast, and use a toilet bowl or old jug covered in dirty laundry to allow it to ferment (the laundry is to try and hide the god awful smell coming from that jug).
