heh...

GTA style gameplay (semi-realistic city, life-like, the option of unrealistic fun stuff is there)

realistic physics (water, mud, sand, etc) breakable near everything (buildings, ground, trees, props, everything can be destroyed.)

realistic driving physics (including interraction with the environment: water, sand, mud, pavement, hitting things.)

high quality shooting, cover system, good guns, customisation.

character/vehicle/safehouse customisation/upgrades

buyable businesses/houses. rent out hoses for moar profits.

hos or houses?

Ok I'm thinking of something like an RPG set in prehistoric times. Fighting off Dinosaurs and what not, scavenging for food, hunting for food, digging and building for shelter. With set size of something like the witcher 2, but with the ability to choose where to go, not just follow a direct path. Volcanoes and pterodactyls (actually now that I think of it, have the ability to tame certain herbivores to ride them (certain carnivores as well but only small ones)). I personally think it would make a sick game. (I know i didn't put a lot of effort into this description but it isn't hard to use imagination for the rest of it, should someone decide to create this game).

Sounds pretty sweet to me.
I was playing Farcry 3 yesterday and thought to myself:

"Damn, this is fun. But wouldn't it be fantastic if this was the island from Jurasic Park and a T-Rex slammed out of those trees and started eating the pirates guarding this stronghold that I am trying to takeover? Yes, yes that would be very fantastic."

It is perfectly acceptable to fear and admire a being you could not possibly understand.

 Farcry 3 would be the perfect setting for it, too.

My perfect game isn't possible. MMO Action game, hundreds of players, it would take place either in the marvel or DC universe and each character controls one of the heroes or villains in the universe. You would have all the powers/equipment/abilities of that character and it would be GTA style with open world environments of every location in the prospective universe, with indoor enviroments (including personal ones like the fortress of solitude, the batcave, or even just an apartment)The villains could plan crimes or go it solo as could heroes, but others could still hop in and possibly screw it up for you so you have to deal with them. You would move through the world in ways that are in character for your...character. Superman could fly while batman would have to swing with his grapple/run across rooftops or the streets/use the batwing etc. Also heroes and villains can switch sides instantly but you have to earn peoples trust or they will just think you're trying to trap them. Again, I know this isn't possible, it's just too big and involved.

Mighty horse rocks, he rocks the fat ass.
