Usually you can tell if someone is just a forum troll but with him I wasn't sure as to whether he was a troll or just genuinely had the IQ of a damp sponge.
I like that when I asked him why WW3 hadn't happened yet his reply was something like, "I don't know. It was supposed to happen."
