Hopefully more heavy posters show up and rock those number up even higher.

Hopefully a few of them see it and migrate here.
They were all very smart people and generally shared the same attitude as myself, so I think they would fit in fairly well.

We'd be lost without your manic posting.

Thanks for that.I put a post on nerdtests just in case one of my comrades pops on to see whats up.
Hopefully a few of them see it and migrate here.

If they're anything like you, they'll fit in great.

Talking to people on an admin forum I'm part of, it's considered extremely successful. Most people are struggling to get half that and have been around longer.

Not only do the users get to know the boss they also have a direct connection to the person who fixes any issues forum wide.
Back on nerdtests I only ever saw the Admin once or twice the entire time I was there, which was roughly five years.
He would show up, make changes to the site randomly, then leave.
However, myself and a handful of others were all moderators so we kept the forum clean and tidy.
Then I logged in one day to find that myself and one other had been surprise promoted to Admins.
So even though the actual site Admin wasn't around there was always management present.
It still dies though, so boo on that.
The point is, the Admin being absent made it a rough experience getting things changed or working out the kinks on nerdtests.
I don't see that problem happening here.

Right, it really helps for users to see who's working on things for them. It also helps that I reply to everyone as much as possible. My post count makes that evident, but by doing so it encourages everyone to post back to me, and then explore the rest of the site.Yeah the Admin being in on the action is definitely a huge plus.

It's actually gone down quite a bit, now that you've made me look at it. I need to get back to work promoting the place and keeping people active.
