Is it just me or does anyone else call hookahs skooma pipes.

My roommates in college at one point had a hookah set up in the living room and they just sat around it partaking and playing dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3.
When I first saw it I walked into the living room and said "Holy shit, who brought the skooma pipe?"
You can all imagine how that went over in a room full of immensely stoned nerds.

more like the elder scrolls version of meth. it's refined moon sugar and a stimulant. there's also a drinkable form as well as smokable form.

Oh, I thought it was the other way around and moon sugar was the hard stuff. I used to have a drug cartel mod for Morrowind, it was pretty awesome. >.>

It was epic. I need to see if there's one for skyrim yet.

I got to hire people for smuggling, grow the stuff (which is why I assumed weed equivalent) refine things into harder drugs, get people addicted, etc.

nuh uh. moon sugar is found on canes like actual sugar. it's then crystallized or liquefied into skooma. it's definitely more potent as skooma. although for some reason skooma in skyrim is really, really cheap. but you kinda get a sense it is diluted (in skyrim) based on hearing addicts bitch about it before they get an arrow through the heart or dagger to the neck >__>

Either way, video game drug cartels in a fantasy setting are fun. >.>

I was always annoyed by the junkies in the Elder Scrolls universe.
Even in Skyrim there are random encounters where a dealer approaches you and tries to sell you moon sugar.
They are always very polite when you say you aren't interested though...
