[Calvary]

So the other day I found out about this immersive new text adventure called CYPHER. It looks really amazing and detailed. It's really retro, hell they've even got a sleevie for you to download which compliments the game (Wasteland, anyone?) It's something I have to get a hold of as soon as I can scrounge together enough cash, has anyone already played it or heard of it though?

Yeah I know, I think it's because they don't have a company page yet so they just merged everything onto this one site. It could do with a little restructuring I think. Nevertheless the game is sound and they're really nice blokes, I had the good fortune of speaking to one of them last night via email.

I would pirate it, try it out, and if you enjoy it and think it's worth the money, support the devs and buy it

If you like cyberpunk, try the classic Shadowrun game for SNES, also, one of my personal favorites, the cyberpunk hacker RPG Uplink is worth checking out [read:pirating]

Eh, I have no intention of pirating it. I'll pirate triple A games or old games but I'll always support the indies and buy a copy whether it's good or not, especially since this game leapt out to me I'll buy the full shibang as soon as is possible.

Unfortunately I don't have a SNES, I wonder if there's an emulator or something.

I've gotta be honest, $25 for a text-based game is kinda excessive imo.

That's the special edition though. I think there are three different editions you can buy and there's a lot of stuff included in each one!
