Sakuga animation is my personal favorite.



My favorite artist is probably Norio Matsumoto. He did a several of the fight scenes for Naruto, as well as many many other episodes for other anime.

@Galactus: I don't remember anything from Naruto except for Itachi being the nicest mofo alive, and the fight scene

Good lord the fight scenes.

Not my favorite style, but an honorable mention:

Shin Chan, for its... unique style >.>

Ah yes. I LOVE the Naruto style. It's not so basic anime style. And the fighting sequences are amazing. Personally I liked how they would beat up the art in order to make it seem like they were flowing better. I dont know if that makes sense, but boobs.

Yea, that is Sakuga. When anime uses very fluid, expressive, & exciting animation, this has become known as sakuga animation. Sakuga animation is typically pretty common in anime movies & OVAs, where production values & budgets are higher.
