Okay, so I've been fighting with my Legend of Dragoon discs to work properly.
Sometimes, at the end of long cutscenes, they will just black out, and I lose all data that wasn't saved.
I've managed to get it to work up to the final battle of disc 2, after all my players gain experience. Then it cuts out.
But this time, no matter how many times I reset it (and I swear I've done it 20 times) it won't fix itself.
Anybody have suggestions on what I should do?

Obviously the disk is damaged in some way. Buy a new copy.

Yes I do. I have had similar issues with games. No visible damage, but still glitchy when it shouldn't be.
