Does anyone else watch this?

I love this show.

I loved Avatar the Last Air Bender..

I love how funny they are, how awesome the bending looks, how sweet it is, how bad ass the fight scenes are..


They definitely rank top ten in my list.

I watched em. Korra is my new favorite avatar. She's more willing to get things done and damn the consequences!

Compared to Aang who went around feeling sorry for himself over the idea of the impending fight where he must kill the firelord. I like Aang, dont get me wrong. But Korra has a more productive attitude.

Yeah I completely get what your saying.

I think a lot of what Aang felt was a lot of displaced guilt on what he allowed to happen to the air temple when he was younger.

But yeah, there was a whole lotta 'why me?'.

I laughed SO HARD when Korra busted out of her room in the first episode with her little chubby belly yelling about how she was the avatar, deal with it.

And when she got her air bending to save Mako I was all "d'awww :')". lol

And I love the animals they make for the show.

Remember the platypus bears? haha

omg I heard, I'm so stoked.

I like how they split them up this time around too, I think it'd give the chance to concentrate on the single elements better.

Because the first one didn't do air, did it?

the first one didn't do air at all there was only 3 books starting with water going on to earth then ending it with fire. But since Korra knows all 4 elements even though she is still learning air it will be interesting how the work it.

and in the other series they were really working toward one goal the entire time. In this series the main goal has been accomplished and there will be a new primary goal for the second season.

I'm stoked to see what they're going to do with it since they do have pretty much free license at this point.

something tells me Amon was only the begging of a bigger picture or at lest that how they are going to make it. Since they were only originally given a small amount of episodes so they did that so if they didn't get more and then i believe during production the number was extended and had been extended again. So Its going to be very interesting to see what happens.

Especially since Ang gave Korra back her powers and we saw her in the avatar state i don't think she is a fully realized avatar yet like Ang was able to go avatar state when his emotions were heightened. It could be a possibility her abilities wont work fully so she will have to some what re learn everything,

OH and to add to this at comic con it was released that book two will be called spirits.

Speaking of kickin sweet Avartar merch, I made my fiance's friend an S.S. Borra Patch a little while ago.
It turned out pretty decent, she is a graphic design student and created the design herself and I stitched it for her.
I can't seem to figure out how to put a picture into my post, and im feeling lazy right now, so im going to give up on it for now.
Otherwise I would post a picture of the patch.

There's a little button with a picture of a landscape that you hover over that says 'images'.
If you put the link to the image in there we can see it in your post.

If you need a place to host your image at you can use http://imgur.com/ .
You can either navigate to the saved picture or just drag and drop it there.
When it gives you a link that ends in .jpg (usually the second down the list) you can post that into the box.

If you have time, I'd love to see it.

They are on my list of things.
I have a few different designs for them too.
On that note, if anyone on here has any suggestions for patch ideas I am all ears.
I have a never ending list of things that I plan on making into patches, but it can't hurt to add to the pile.
I also do custom work if any of you has artwork that would work as a patch.
