Extra fun: what would you guess your fellow members would be?

 

Here's a little of mine:

 

Spleen: Supposed to be our leader, so something like a warrior, plus redneck, so barbarian. But we're pretty much out of hand, so he's like ten levels lower than everyone else.

 

Krys: The painter girl from 6 who draws cute hentai animals that come to life and kill shit.

 

Robstar: Beserker, cuz he does weird things for no reason sometimes. But a beserker that duel welds weird Australian spears.

 

Affray: Probably a silent paladin who only pipes up with wise little quips. He walks up on other members crying in the middle of the night, away from the party, and helps them with their problems.

 

Rose: She's gotta be some sort of white mage in the party. I feel like she'd have a problem with spells that hurt others.

 

Seth: Some kind of blue mage with weird magics. One spell might poison everyone while the other does 9999 damage.

 

Sympa: Beast tamer. Lots of cute animals that eat the faces off of big monsters.

 

Kitty: Redmage, but she'd probably use axes and never cast a spell, cuz Canada. Same with Affray. Canadians all use axes, even the mages.

 

Gol: Blackmage. He'd probably be torn with the destructive nature of his power, but it's pretty and flashy, so who cares?

 

Wolf: Wolf is the moogle that follows us around and turns out to be a man in disc 3. His weapon is yiff. It has poison element attached and always criticals.

 

I'm probably missing people, so do your own guessing.

Yeah, bards get sort of a bad rap, but you’re awesome. You’re friendly and charismatic, and your friends are all insanely jealous of your talent. You’re definitely a lover, not a fighter, and that’s awesome. It just means you’re not going to die in battle. You’re amazing!

Although I do love me some axes, I prefer a slightly different sort of weaponry.

Here are the two knives and Kukri machete(13" long, 4.5mm thick high carbon steel blade) that I carry on me, close at hand, when I go camping/wilderness exploring.

I have become very accustomed to these as my tools for survival, and defense.

 

 

Here is my camping bag with my machete holster strapped to the back.

Also my smaller day hike bag, it is a bit nicer for less long term wilderness adventures.

I keep my smaller knife on my hip, and my Smith & Wesson knife either in a side pocket in my bag or in my back pocket.

 

And here is my machete next to a tablespoon, for size and example of knifey spooney.

 

So, though I would not resist wielding smaller, hatchet type axes.

I like the speed and reliability of knifes and small-mid size blades.

Same! I do different things to relax, and I found that depending what I pick for that question, I can get either scholar or bard.
