What's in your bucket list?

I've always found the idea of bucket lists to be something to motivate people into fulfilling their goals and dreams, so here's mine, and I hope to see yours as well:

 

(Note: In no particular order.)

 

1. Travel to:

• Japan 
• Italy
• California 
• Australia
• Africa

2. Become a successful artist. This includes:

• Publish graphic novels/comics.
• Work for an animation company such as Disney, etc.
• Freelancer 
• Voice acting.

3. Meet idols:

• Hayao Miyazaki (more likely to meet him before he dies tho.)
• Stan Lee ( "     " )
• MUCC (band)

4. Go to Bronycon.

5. Go to a Furry convention.

6. Meet several online friends.

7. Go to a MUCC concert.

8. Live happily with my S.O. This includes:

• Marriage.
• Opening a comic book store.
• Publishing comic book collaboration.
• Purchase and customize our dream home.
• Travel.
• Lots and lost of sex.

9. Get tattooed. 

10. Create several websites (mostly personal projects related).

11. Finish portfolio.

12. Disney Internship.

13. Come out to my family and friends.

14. Study several subjects:

• Multiple religions and demonology.
• Meditation and astral projection.
• Languages (Italian, French and perfect Japanese).

 

I'll be adding more as I remember them, so for now, this is it.

 

I keep my bucket list on evernote to add things when needed. Its sort of become a list of long term goals rather than a bucket list so I'll cherry pick a bit and choose the ones I'd be really disappointed if I never achieved them in my life.

-Visit a lot of places, including Australia and New Zealand, London, Japan, Norway, and British Columbia.
-Meet Felicia Day, Brent Weeks, Nathan Fillion, and Hank and John Green
-See the world from above in a hot air balloon
-Send my parents to Paris maybe on a second honeymoon. I promised my mom I'd take her to Paris when my parents took out a loan that allowed me to go on the school's Europe trip. I never forgot about it and I'd actually love to send them both off on a romantic vacation in Paris instead.
-Publish a novel
-Settle down with someone I love and raise a kid together

Well, it used to include having sex with Harold Ramis.

 

Gonna have to rewrite it.

I'd like to visit places. Brazil and India are at the top of the list. Somewhere in Africa to, but I'm not sure where I won't get shot yet.

I'd like to own a tech company. Something with lots of computers and the ability to throw lan parties in off time. 

Owning a Scrambler has recently been checked off the list. A Lotus Exige is next.

Finally, I want a small house next to a pond on a large piece of land.

 

My list is kinda short. >.>

- Pay off credit card and student loan debt (almost done.... the end is in sight)

 

- Have the balls to move to Baltimore and go to SBB school (I have an open acceptance but I'm really scared to go)

 

- Travel to Japan, Germany (so I can see my brother and nephew), and Sweden

 

- Buy a cute little house

 

- Find a man who appricates me for me and everything I'm willing to do

 

- Marry the above stated man

 

- Or if no man exists (which I'm starting to think is the case) become an awesome cat lady

 

.... That's about all I can think of right now... it's kind of crazy that I have never thought up a bucket list before.

Travel

 

> Colorado

> Japan

> China

> Somewhere in Africa (maybe Malawi or Zimbabwe when it improves)

> Australia

> India

 

Work

 

> Get published properly and get onto a best seller list.

> Open up a deli or work for myself in a profitable business.

> Do a job I look forward to.

 

Learn

 

> Spanish

> an east Asian language

 

 

 

I've managed to tick some stuff off my list already and that stuff hasn't been included.

Get my Yaris.
Pimp it out with nerdy stuff.
Move to a little house in CO near a good school with a forest for a back yard.
Have an awesome house with a badass kitchen/gaming room/reading room.
When kids are independent and self reliant, change my name and become a drifter.
Travel everywhere and cause mischief across as many continents as possible.
I'd love to visit Finland, Ireland, see more of Italy and go to a few other awesome places in particular.
Retire in Amsterdam happy and fulfilled and really really stoned.
