TIL Tomb Raider has gotten a lot more brutal. (spoilers)

Yeah dude, I saw a streamer playing and it scared the shit out of me.

Let's just say when you fuck up the platforming, Lara doesn't have a good time.

Yeah, makes me want to play though. >.>

Not gonna lie, I wasn't interested at all in Tomb Raider until I saw the brutality.

Then I was like "Hey, at least they're trying something new"

Still downloading it with my crappy internet speed, but I'm excited to give it a try.

I remember playing the original tomb raider on my playstation. It was okay, but not good enough to get me interested when they released the second one(or however many that followed since). This looks awesome though.

loooong time TR fan, can't wait to play the new game.

I was interested when it was first announced, but I've stopped caring now. It looks good, but that's about it.

I might have to give it a try. It looks a lot more interesting than I remember. 

Just finished it, its great. Not as good as Uncharted though. But its still very good. Shes hot too, and a badass, and shes got a Bow!

Got it yesterday, holy shit. Literally blew my expectations out of the water. Plus Lara has a sexy as fuck voice o.o 

Always a bonus.

But I don't wanna wait 20 hours to download it T_T

I was curious about that, too. It seems every game has to tack-on multiplayer nowadays.

When it works well, it's  a pleasant surprise [Ass Creed], but I can't help but feel they will always be trumped by games that /focus/ on the multiplayer.

From what I've seen of Tomb Raider, I can imagine the mp being pretty interesting.

The modes are different to what you'd usually find, which is something I like. There's 2 kill modes, FFA and TDM. Pretty obvious what those are. Then you have Cry For Help, where one team has to collect batteries and hold positions while the other team tries to kill them, and Rescue, where one team has to collect medkits while the other tries to kill them. It alternates between rounds, so yeah. In Rescue the ones collecting medkits can only be killed with an execution, which is done once they get downed. It's really fun xD

I really enjoyed playing this game. 

I got my hands on this game a few weeks ago.

It is definitely worth a look for those of you that are interested.

It isn't a super long game, but it has enough stuff going on to keep you occupied for a handful of hours.

Also, play it on the hardest difficulty, it isn't the sort of gamer that you nancy your way through, it loses a lot on easier difficulties.
